About Meagan:
I am a Registered Social Worker with seven years of experience dedicated to supporting children, youth, adults and families in navigating life challenges. With a compassionate, client-centered approach, I provide counselling that fosters emotional well-being, personal growth and healing. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, validated and empowered to make positive changes in their life.
My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Emotion Focused Therapy. I integrate these approaches to meet each client's unique needs, helping them build insight, develop coping skills and create meaningful change in their lives.
