Stephanie Boisvert, Registered Social Worker in Ontario

Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially when you are facing challenges that may feel overwhelming or hard to navigate on your own. My goal is to provide a relaxed, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what is happening in your life.

I genuinely enjoy getting to know people and learning about their experiences, hopes, and goals. Whether you are seeking support as an individual, couple, or family, we can work together to better understand the challenges you are facing and develop a plan that feels meaningful and achievable.

I believe therapy should meet you where you are. Together, we can explore the parts of your life that feel difficult, build on your strengths, and work toward creating meaningful and lasting change.

Stephanie Boisvert is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) who provides counselling to individuals, teens, and adults. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Work from Algoma University and has been working in a counselling role for over seven years.

Stephanie has experience supporting clients through a range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, ADHD, parenting concerns, relationship difficulties, life transitions, addiction concerns, and other experiences that can affect mental health and well-being.
