FAMILY SUPPORT
Family therapy brings families, or those involved in family dynamics, together with a therapist to explore experiences and work through presenting concerns in a supportive and collaborative space.
Family counselling can be a meaningful step toward helping family members better understand challenges and create positive change, both as individuals and as part of the family system.
An important part of family counselling is acknowledging and thoughtfully balancing power dynamics, so that each family member feels heard, respected, and supported in expressing their voice.
